Snow Imminent

As of 11am, the snowfall is about 2/3 of the way through New Jersey, heading our way. We should see snow overtake the area over the next couple hours, and it could come down pretty steady towards late this afternoon. I slightly lowered my totals, taking into account temperatures near or slightly above freezing, combined with the fact that much of this will come during the most intense solar radiation of the day. We're still looking at a decent snow event for the area. We can expect roughly 2"-5", with slightly lower amounts possible near the forks and eastern north shore, and slightly higher amounts near points south and west. It may be a wise decision to cut out of work early if you can, as the evening commute will surely be awful. Be careful out there.
